I would suggest to go through xda-developer to get new ROMS. If any doubt contact a person who does ROM installations and get it done. ROM installation is easy and very little chance of getting your phone bricked. It’s better to look for custom ROMs and start using latest software. Although the hardware of LeMax 2 is very competitive and can handle latest update. Seeing the company’s current state, its very unlikely customers gonna get any further update. Its being too long since any update from LeEco. Also it has OIS and PDAF and much more!ĭefinitely better than any similar priced phone. Snapdragon 820 is the flagship processor of 2016 and can beat more than 2 combined Mi A1 that comes with a slow Snapdragon 625.Ī great camera too. You also get a 2k display which no other brand offer lower than 40k₹. Le max 2 has an excellent support for custom ROMs too. Le max 2 is not outdated and was future proof from the day it came out. Don't listen to people saying buy Mi A1 or any low-end phone. But, only one risk, don't expect warranty on that phone and you have to get it repaired locally if anything unfortunate happens(you can get phone's official repair parts tho). Indeed a very good phone you can get at around 8,000₹.
